Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day. Please expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days.
If you have pre-order an item that is Coming Soon, all the items in that order (including available items) will be delivered upon the Coming Soon item arrives in store. If you would like to deliver the items separately, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery fee will be charged for each dispatch.
Currently we only deliver within Singapore. We offer FREE delivery for orders over SG$150 within Singapore. For orders under SG$150, a delivery and handling fee of SG$10 will be charged. For any urgent deliveries please contact us on email@example.com with your enquiry and we will be happy to assist.

Offer valid online only . Offer applies to selected styles only. All sales are final and items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. When shopping online, the discounted amount will be automatically displayed at the checkout. Stock is subject to availability. Items ordered together with any on sale items will be delivered within 5 working days from the date the order is made.
Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to a PO Box address. In addition, a delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.
All delivery times are based on working days and are to be used as a guide only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver Items as soon as we can, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Items within the estimated timescales. If you have not received the Item ordered within 10 working days, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the Item has been dispatched, please contact us on email@example.com. Please note however that requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned immediately which may result in the order being dispatched.
